3. Motion to accept and place on file minutes of the Liquor Control Commission meeting held on July 20, 2026.

    

4. Recommendation to approve a proposal for a New Class E-1 Temporary Liquor License and road closure for St. Patrick’s Church annual picnic on September 12, 2026.

    

5. Recommendation to approve a proposal for a B-1 Liquor License Application for Luma LLC, dba Lou Malnati’s, located at 3050 E. Main St, St. Charles.

    

6. Public Comment.

    

7. Executive Session (5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(4).

    

8.  Adjournment.
